Here’s How We Can Help You Build Your Brand with Custom Products!
If you’ve been thinking about adding branded candles or diffusers to your product range, you’re in the right place. At Byron Bay Candles, we specialize in crafting high-quality, custom-branded products that help businesses like yours shine. Whether you’re a retailer, corporate brand, or event organizer, adding a candle or diffuser to your lineup is a unique way to engage customers and promote your brand.
Ready to create your own bespoke range? Here’s how we can help!
1. Choose Your Vessel Style
First things first, you’ll need to decide on the style of the vessel, or candle jar, you want your product to come in. At Byron Bay Candles, we keep a stock of plain white frosted glass jars in both large and medium sizes—these are perfect for adding your logo or branding. These jars are the same style as our regular Byron Bay Candles products, but without our branded imprint, so they’re a blank canvas for your design.
Want something a little different? No problem! You can supply your own vessel or choose from a range of textures and colors that we can source from our trusted suppliers. The sky’s the limit when it comes to creating the perfect look for your brand.
2. Wax That’s Good for Your Customers
At Byron Bay Candles, we care about quality—and that includes using the healthiest, safest materials. We use 100% pure soy wax in all of our candles because it’s lead and petroleum-free. Soy wax is also eco-friendly and burns cleanly, making it a great choice for your customers.
But there’s more: Soy wax is poured into a cylinder to create a melt pool once the candle is lit, and it must be contained within the jar to prevent spills. We’ll make sure the design of your candle is not only beautiful but safe for your customers to enjoy.
3. Select Your Candle Scent
When it comes to scents, you have options! If you’re creating a totally custom range (one that’s not tied to the Byron Bay Candles brand), you can choose from a variety of essential oils or fragrance infusions. Keep in mind that essential oils can be more expensive than synthetic fragrances, but they offer a unique, natural aroma that many customers love.
Have a scent in mind? We’re happy to help you sample and refine your fragrance to match your brand’s vibe. It’s all about creating a signature scent that customers will associate with your brand.
4. Lids: A Finishing Touch
To top off your custom candles, you’ll need to choose a lid style. We use a beautiful natural timber lid on our Byron Bay Candles jars, which gives the product an elegant, earthy finish. But if that’s not quite your style, we offer a variety of alternative lid textures and colors, including glass options.
Want to save a little on unit costs? You can even provide your own lids—or if you prefer, we can assemble the candles without a lid at all.
5. Brand Your Product with Your Logo
The best part of private labeling is getting your brand’s logo front and center on your products. You can have your logo printed on a white or clear label that’s applied to the jar, or you can go one step further and have the wooden lid laser-engraved with your logo or message. For larger orders (over 1000 units), we can even custom-print the jars with your branding.
Want more flexibility? You can provide your own labels, and we’ll attach them for you. Whatever you choose, we’ll work with you to make sure your candles or diffusers look exactly how you envisioned.
6. Packaging That Reflects Your Brand
We offer standard packaging options like a plain white gift box made from textured paperboard, which is simple yet stylish. You can also choose to add a label to the box for a bit of extra branding. If you want to go all out, we can quote you for a custom-printed box with your brand’s logo and design.
If you’d prefer, you can also provide your own boxes. We’re happy to pack and assemble everything for you.
7. Warning Labels & Inserts
Safety first! We include warning labels on the bottom of each jar, so your customers know how to use their candles safely. If you have your own warning labels, feel free to provide them to us for approval before assembly.
We also offer the option to include inserts in the packaging—these can be printed with instructions, a promotion, or a message to engage your customers. You can either supply your own inserts or let us handle the printing.
8. Price Points and Customization Options
So, how much will it cost? The price for private labeling depends on several factors: the type of jar, the scent of the candle, whether the product is boxed, and whether you want a lid or not. We’ll work with you to create a quote based on your preferences.
As you can see, creating your own custom candle or diffuser range is an exciting opportunity to promote your brand and offer a unique product to your customers. Ready to get started?
