I have been purchasing refill candles from Byron Bay Candles for several years now, and they never fail to disappoint. The scents are lovely, and the candles do last. The jars are sturdy, too. There was a problem placing my most recent order. After I reached out for help, Annemarie responded. It took a few emails to figure out the underlying problem, but we got it resolved and Annemarie's correspondence also did much to brighten what had until then been a very bleak day. This clearly a lady who cares deeply about both her business and her customers. Thank you, and I'll be back next time our stash is running low :)

Great customer service Amazing, absolutely Beautiful none toxic products the fragrances and quality are simply divine. Such a nice vibe. I have the car diffusers. Home diffusers and just bought a candle that I’m yet to use. Also trying out some nice fragrant spray for my bathroom/toilet to make it smell divine too. I bought 2 candle Japanese honeysuckle and a sweet orange and cinnamon.The candles are absolutely delicious. The smell fills the whole room. The burn time fantastic. I will definitely be purchasing in the future for myself and for gifts. One more thing the pricing is very reasonable and Aussie made!
